Site Manager – Social Housing Retrofit Projects

Fortem Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee Retrofit and Capital Works refurbishment projects in the Stoke and Chester areas. The role is permanent with Monday–Friday work, reporting into the Project Manager and managing both direct and sub-contracted teams on site.

You will lead health & safety compliance, maintain records, and ensure efficient use of resources while upholding company policies. A strong background in social housing refurbishments is essential.
