Site Manager - Solar PV & Roofing Refurbishment (Social Housing)

Skilled Careers is seeking a Site Manager to oversee Solar PV and Roofing on tenanted social housing properties in Dudley. You will coordinate daily site operations, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met to minimise disruption for residents.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, asbestos awareness, and experience in damp and mould remediation within occupied or void properties.
