Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager We are looking for an experienced new build residential site manager to manage day to day site activities on a project near Buxton, Derbyshire. Our client are the main contractor. They have just been appointed to complete a project that had been started by another company who then went into administration. The project consists of 30 new build traditional houses that are almost watertight. However there is some remedial work required to the existing units, to include new chimney stacks, and complete new drainage, before completing the builds and fit out to NHBC standards. The Site Manager will report into a site based Project Manager. Work is due to start 23rd November 2026 or sooner if the right person is available. Initially it will involve site set up before progressing on. The contract is for 9 months. If you meet the above experience and possess a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid as a minimum, then please apply
