Extensive new build / out-of-the-ground experience Previous experience working on school projects Proven track record as a Site Manager Must have been previously placed by Caval with excellent references Willing to work weekends Strong subcontractor management experience Good health and safety knowledge Confident managing site labour and day-to-day site operationsCerts:

Enhanced DBS Site Management qualifications/cardsResponsibilities:

Manage subcontractors day-to-day Undertake daily and weekly site inspections Manage H&S from set-up through to completion Liaise with the client as required Produce weekly progress reports Track, monitor and manage site works throughout the scheme Maintain a clean and tidy site at all times Manage and direct site labourPlease get in touch if interested
