Site Manager – Refurbishment Project 📍 Location: Helston, Cornwall 📅 Start Date: 16th November 2026 ⏱️ Duration: 10 Weeks 💷 Rate: £260 - £290 / Shift We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week refurbishment project in Helston. The project will involve the refurbishment of existing changing facilities, including:

• Demolition and removal of existing facilities.
• Installation of new resin flooring.
• Installation of new changing room cubicles.
• Overseeing all site activities and ensuring the project runs safely and to schedule. Key Requirements: Candidates must hold the following qualifications and certificates:
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness
• Fire Marshal Project Details:
• Start date: 16th November 2026.
• Duration: 10 weeks.
• Christmas shutdown: 21st December 2026 – 1st January 2027.
• Rates: Negotiable depending on experience and shift pattern.
• Payment: CIS. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in refurbishment projects and the ability to manage site operations effectively
