Site Manager

My client is looking for a driven and experienced Site Manager to take the lead on the delivery of an exciting new community facility in Cheshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile project from mobilisation through to successful completion, working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘

As Site Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the site, ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

• Manage all site operations from mobilisation through to handover.
• Lead and coordinate design teams, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Monitor programme, quality, productivity and overall site performance.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, manage and resolve site issues, risks and challenges.
