Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a new build housing project in Hornsea.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
Valid SMSTS First Aid qualification Valid Black or White CSCS Card Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within new build housing Must be hands-on and willing to get involved on site Strong communication and organisational skills Good understanding of health and safety and site proceduresThe role:
