Pay Rate: £300 per day

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Duration: 11 months

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Finish: July 2027

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major new-build and refurbishment project of a public sector building.

The company has already been on site for approximately 8 months and is now progressing onto the next phase of the works.

This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Scope of Works

The project includes:

New-build and refurbishment works Groundworks Foundations Steel frame M&E works Flat roof replacement General site management and coordination Required Tickets & Qualifications

Candidates must hold:

Smsts

Black CSCS Card Fire Warden Asbestos Awareness First Aid Temporary Works qualification/experience Previous experience managing new-build and refurbishment projects is highly desirable.

Interviews are available ASAP via Microsoft Teams, with the Director and Assistant Project Manager.

The successful candidate will be required to start ASAP.
