Site Manager

Site Manager 12 months North West - Merseyside

My client is in the market for a no.1 site manager to deliver a new build retail store. The project involves the ground remediation, contaminated land remediation, and earthworks. As well as construction of new roads, drainage, underground services and associated infrastructure. This scheme involves a large amount of civils and drainage works, so you will have proven experience of working on groundwork/brownfield sites.

As number one site manager you will be required to work alone and unaided for the duration of the project. You will have proven Site Management experience, working on projects from inception through to completion. You will have a portfolio of delivering new build retail projects. There will be a great deal of involvement with the client, so previous client facing experience is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity that could lead to future projects with the same client.

You will follow tight site programme schedules ensuring all is running to time and budgets set. As Site Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all health and safety on site is adhered to and so MUST hold the following tickets:

• SMSTS
• CSCS- BLACK - Ideally
• 4 DAY FIRST AID
