Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a programme of residential refurbishment works in Hoddesdon. The project includes asphalt repairs, concrete repairs, roof repairs, flooring and decorations, with a varied programme of internal and external works. You will take overall responsibility for day-to-day site delivery, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the programme is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily site operations
• Coordinating multiple subcontractors and work packages
• Driving programme and productivity
• Maintaining high health & safety standards
• Quality control, inspections and snagging
• Coordinating works within the residential environment
• Working closely with the Resident Liaison Officer
• Reporting programme, progress and risks to senior management Applicants should have a strong background within planned maintenance, residential refurbishment or social housing and be comfortable managing multi-trade programmes. Relevant qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid will be required. The role starts 1 February 2027 with an anticipated initial programme of six months
