Job Description
Site Manager Paisley
£28 per hour | Immediate Start | Until Christmas
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for internal refurbishment projects across empty domestic properties in Paisley.
The Role
*
Overseeing contractors, trades and labour on site.
*
Managing day-to-day site activities to keep work running smoothly.
*
Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.
*
Maintaining a safe, organised and productive working environment.
*
Coordinating works to ensure the project stays on track.
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Site Manager.
*
Strong health and safety awareness.
*
Ability to manage subcontractors and trades effectively.
*
SSSTS or SMSTS
*
First Aid
Details:

Location: Paisley
*
Pay Rate: £28 - £29 per hour
*
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
*
Duration: Until Christmas, with the possibility of extending into the new year
*
