Site Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a substantial programme of internal and external refurbishment works across residential properties in Harlow.

The programme incorporates a broad range of works including fire risk assessment works, internal decorations, M&E, windows, external decorations, roofing, masonry, metalwork and landscaping.

This requires a strong all-round Site Manager who is comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams and subcontractors within a live residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full day-to-day management of the project

• Managing internal and external work packages

• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams

• Driving the programme and monitoring progress

• Ensuring all works meet required quality standards

• Maintaining excellent health & safety standards

• Managing inspections, snagging and handovers

• Liaising with residents and project stakeholders

• Reporting progress, risks and programme issues to senior management

About You

You will ideally come from a planned maintenance, refurbishment or social housing background and have experience delivering multi-trade programmes within occupied properties.

Strong leadership, communication and programme-management skills are essential, together with relevant qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

The role commences 4 January 2027 with an anticipated initial programme of six months
