Site Manager Kitchen and Bathrooms refurbishment Manchester (Multiple Sites) Up to £45,000 Car/Car Allowance
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a K&B scheme program across the Manchester area. You will be the key figure on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. This is a hands‑on role with real autonomy and the backing of a well-established social housing contractor.

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience managing kitchen and bathroom installation projects – this is essential
- Strong background in residential fit‑out, refurbishment, or new build
- SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
- CSCS card (Black/White card preferred)
- Solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead subcontractors effectively
