Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
• Monitor and enforce all health and safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate the work of tradespeople, subcontractors, and direct labour.
• Ensure that materials are delivered on time and used efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship.
• Report site progress and any issues to the Site Manager or Project Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor , Foreman, or similar role in construction.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and best practices.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements on construction sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a team.
