Sixth Form Academic Coach – Fixed-Term

Loughborough College is seeking an Academic Coach on a 1-year fixed term contract at its Barnby in the Willows site. The role focuses on delivering coaching, pastoral guidance and UCAS support to Sixth Form students, with enrichment and wellbeing activities across the student journey.

The successful candidate will work with the STAR lead and teaching staff to identify at-risk learners, plan targeted coaching, and monitor progress to help students achieve academic goals.
