Skincare Counter Leader & Team Coach

Boots UK is seeking a Liz Earle Counter Manager to lead and inspire a skincare counter, deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales targets. You will manage the counter team, coach staff, and ensure the counter presentation reflects the Liz Earle brand.

You will build strong relationships with customers, provide personalised consultations, and execute in-store promotions and product launches, while upholding brand standards and training through the 12-month Skin School program.
