This is a role where your expertise is valued, your ideas matter, and you’re supported by a team that genuinely cares about your development and wellbeing.

What You’ll Get in Return

• Flexible working hours

• On-call travel paid door-to-door

• £1,000 referral bonus for successful hires

• Fully expensed van, mobile phone, and laptop

• Private health insurance & life insurance

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays (with the option to buy more)

• Paid training, courses, and professional development

• Clear progression opportunities within a rapidly expanding group

• A genuinely supportive culture — you’re part of a team, not a payroll number

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering small works projects — from minor installs and upgrades to remedial works.

• Ensuring all work meets British Standards, industry regulations, and company procedures.

• Maintaining excellent health & safety practices across all tasks.

Additional Responsibilities

• Carrying out acceptance testing and quality assurance checks.

• Offering professional, customer-facing support when required.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in fire and security engineering, especially small works.

• Strong technical knowledge across TECS, fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control (multi-manufacturer).

• Solid understanding of BS5839, BS5266, EN50131, and related standards.

• Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects confidently.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

• IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Ability to produce accurate quotes and technical documentation.
