Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the confidence to manage expectations and resolve issues. Commercial awareness, including monitoring costs, managing variations and working within agreed budgets. A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment. A proactive attitude, with the confidence to take ownership and see projects through to completion. A good understanding of health and safety requirements and site compliance. Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and project-related documentation. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to sites across the region. Relevant construction qualifications, such as SMSTS or SSSTS, would be advantageous. The opportunity: This is a great opportunity to join an established construction contractor with a varied workload and a team that values people who take responsibility and get involved.

You'll have the opportunity to manage a broad mix of small works, refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects across commercial and public-sector environments.
