• Support clients in engaging with their community, attending appointments, and pursuing personal interests.
• Accurately record and report observations, care provided, and any changes in a client's condition.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a social care or support role is highly desirable.

• Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain relevant certifications.
