Social Housing Planner & Repairs Scheduler

Confidential is seeking a Planner to join its West London team. This role involves coordinating and scheduling repairs and maintenance works, allocating jobs to operatives, and keeping customers and operatives updated throughout the process.

The position is fully office-based with PAYE salary and a temp-to-perm path. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairs administration, strong planning/coordination skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload while meeting deadlines.
