Social Impact Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Social Impact Manager to lead and grow their initiatives in Stoke-on-Trent . Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the organisation's social impact strategy and programs.
• Measure, evaluate, and report on the impact and effectiveness of all charitable activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
• Manage budgets allocated to social impact programs and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Represent the charity at relevant forums, conferences, and community events.

Requirements

• Significant experience in social impact , program management, or community development, preferably within the charity sector.
• Proven ability to develop and implement impactful strategies and measure outcomes effectively.
• Strong understanding of social justice issues and community needs in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in data analysis, evaluation methodologies, and impact reporting.
