Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Actively monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive community interactions.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and build brand credibility.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, reporting on key insights and making recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager, preferably within e-commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and creative content (text, image, video).
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement strategies.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to building and nurturing online communities.
