About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Creator to join their marketing department in Belfast . This role is pivotal in developing engaging content and managing the company's social media presence to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and informative content across various platforms, while also actively participating in strategic discussions about online communication. This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration and the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to contribute effectively while maintaining work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling and high-quality written, visual, and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and brand messaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics, providing insights and recommendations for content improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in an e-commerce or marketing context.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across various formats (written, graphic design, video editing).
- Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media scheduling platforms.
- Good analytical skills to track content performance and generate reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a hybrid model.
