Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (including images, videos, and copy) for social media platforms relevant to our e-commerce business.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to audience interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align social media content with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend new strategies.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse key metrics, and provide reports on engagement and reach.
• Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative content (visuals and writing) for social media.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media scheduling platforms.
• Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for different platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
