About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and energetic Social Media & Content Executive to join their team in Oxford . This role is responsible for developing and implementing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms and the company blog to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will be involved in creating compelling written and visual content, managing social media calendars, and monitoring online conversations. Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and the company blog.
• Develop and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and relevant posting schedule.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall campaign objectives and brand messaging.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and report on key engagement and reach indicators.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in an e-commerce or agency setting.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a creative flair.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Experience with content management systems and social media scheduling tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
