Our client is seeking a talented and imaginative Social Media Content Creator to join their dynamic marketing team in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK . You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and curating visually stunning and compelling content that captures attention and resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, create, and edit high-quality visual content (photos, videos, graphics) for use on social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts that aligns with brand voice and drives user interaction and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content themes and campaigns that support product launches and promotional activities.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of fresh and relevant material across all platforms.
- Stay updated on visual trends in social media and e-commerce, experimenting with new content formats and styles.
- Monitor content performance and provide input on what types of content resonate most effectively with the audience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work for e-commerce brands.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva Pro).
- Excellent photography and videography skills, with a good eye for composition and aesthetics.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, with an understanding of social media best practices for engagement.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- A highly creative mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in Edinburgh .
