This role is instrumental in developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive website traffic and conversions. You will be responsible for managing all social media channels, creating compelling content, fostering community interaction, and analyzing performance to continuously optimize campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand voice.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and user-generated content, engaging with the community in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Analyze social media metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a demonstrated ability to grow social media presence.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how social media fits into the broader marketing mix.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
