Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with a knack for engaging storytelling.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics as they relate to social media.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
