About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our brand's presence across all social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging strategies that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support our e-commerce objectives. This hybrid role, based in our Sheffield office, requires a strategic thinker with a passion for community building and a proven ability to drive measurable results through social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
- Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including visuals, videos, and compelling copy.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and customer feedback, responding in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Analyze social media performance data and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure integrated campaigns and a consistent brand experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in social media management , preferably in an e-commerce or agency setting.
- Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how social media integrates with other channels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment within our Sheffield team.
