Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and video, that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer conversations, responding promptly and professionally.
- Engage with the online community, foster positive relationships, and manage customer service inquiries received via social media.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data, generating reports and providing insights to optimize future strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and community management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
