Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer conversations, responding promptly and professionally.
• Engage with the online community, fostering conversations, answering questions, and building relationships with followers.
• Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategy and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience creating engaging content and managing social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
