Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, report on key insights, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
