About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video posts.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community environment.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns and content creation.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
