Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, engaging with followers in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaign efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
