Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, engaging with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaign efforts.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and shareable content (written, visual, video).
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
