About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity, responding promptly to inquiries and comments.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate detailed reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and support campaign objectives.
• Build and nurture an online community, fostering positive relationships with followers and influencers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics as they relate to social media.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
