Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) for all social media channels.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive interactions.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
• Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing trends and techniques.
