About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Social Media Manager to lead their online presence from Portsmouth . You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster a vibrant online community. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content, including text, image, and video posts.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities, responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and company objectives.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
