Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead their social media presence and drive brand engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including visuals, videos, and written posts, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Conduct comprehensive social listening, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities for proactive engagement and brand advocacy.
- Build and nurture online communities, fostering positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generating detailed reports and providing actionable insights to guide future strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in social media marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, advertising capabilities, and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated experience in managing paid social media campaigns and budgets effectively.
- Exceptional content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
