Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.

- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement; respond to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce visually appealing and compelling social media assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and emerging platforms to ensure our client remains at the forefront of digital communication.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing social media campaigns that have driven engagement and achieved business objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for each.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling copy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
