About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead their social media strategy from a remote location, supporting their brand presence in Belfast . This role is responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns that increase brand awareness, foster community interaction, and drive traffic and conversions. You will be a key player in shaping the brand's voice and presence across all relevant social platforms, leveraging data to optimize performance and achieve marketing objectives in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform and audience segment.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer sentiment, responding promptly to comments and inquiries.
- Design and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling visual storytelling.
- Analyze social media metrics and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of growing social media audiences and engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with social media analytics tools.
- Experience in managing social media communities and handling customer interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and strong communication skills.
