Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience.
- Manage all company social media profiles and presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content, including text, image, and video posts.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing management, with a proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
