Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform and audience.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and customer feedback, responding appropriately and promptly.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
• Strong content creation skills (writing, basic design/video editing).
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and community management skills.
