Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning for the Sunderland operation.

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content, including text, image, and video posts, tailored to each platform.

- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions within budget.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generating regular reports with insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments to enhance brand reach in the UK .
Requirements
- Proven track record of success as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role, with demonstrable experience in developing and executing effective social media strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, best practices, and analytics tools.
- Experience in creating compelling content, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, and budget management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and community management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
