Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and shareable content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform and audience.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, responding appropriately.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, reporting on key metrics and insights to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design/video editing abilities.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and how social media fits into the broader marketing mix.
