About the Role
Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Social Media Strategist to elevate their brand's online presence and engagement across all digital touchpoints. This role requires a deep understanding of social media dynamics, audience behaviour, and emerging trends within the e-commerce landscape. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that align with business objectives, enhance brand reputation, and drive measurable results. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and foster a strong online community around our client's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform content strategy.
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality content tailored for different social media platforms.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion within defined budgets.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, generating insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Engage with the online community, fostering positive interactions and managing brand reputation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, with a successful track record of developing and executing impactful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook , Instagram , TikTok , LinkedIn , Twitter ) and their respective analytics.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
