About the Role
Our client is seeking a forward-thinking and analytical Social Media Strategist to join their remote team. This role is pivotal in defining and executing innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, build brand loyalty, and achieve key business objectives for our e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth audience research, identifying key trends, and developing tailored content and campaign plans across all relevant social channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the social media landscape and its impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand identity for diverse platforms.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring to inform strategic decisions.
- Create detailed content plans, campaign roadmaps, and engagement strategies designed to maximize reach and impact.
- Oversee the implementation of social media campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role with a strong strategic focus.
- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook , Instagram , Twitter , LinkedIn , TikTok ) and their respective algorithms and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Brandwatch).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
