What you will do:

• Supervise and facilitate family time and contact sessions between children and parents or other relatives, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Ensure the wellbeing of children is always the priority during supervised contact.
• Observe, monitor, and thoroughly document interactions, behaviours, and any safeguarding concerns during sessions.
• Produce detailed and factual reports for Social Workers, courts, and multi-agency meetings, ensuring all information is accurate and timely.
• Provide support to children and families before, during, and after contact sessions, fostering positive relationships and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Social Workers, foster carers, and other professionals to implement comprehensive care plans.
• Handle challenging behaviour with calm and appropriate responses while adhering to safeguarding protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold confidentiality rigorously.
