Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize backlogs.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and deployment schedules.
• Communicate project status and key metrics to technical teams and business leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Development Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience managing projects involving web applications, mobile apps, or cloud-based services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
