Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply contracts, distribution agreements, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect client interests and achieve favourable outcomes.
• Conduct thorough due diligence for corporate transactions and other legal matters.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on business structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Manage client relationships and build trust through professional and effective communication.
• Stay abreast of changes in UK commercial law and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor with a strong background in commercial law .
• Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of business law principles applicable in Northern Ireland and the UK .
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Commitment to working within a traditional office environment.
