Solicitor - Property Law

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor with a focus on property law to join their thriving practice in Liverpool, Merseyside . This role is central to advising clients on a comprehensive range of residential and commercial property transactions. You will manage your own caseload, ensuring smooth and efficient completion of matters from instruction to post-completion. Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Advise clients on commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Draft and review property contracts, leases, and other legal documentation.
• Conduct property searches, review title deeds, and manage completion processes.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property law legislation and best practices.

Requirements

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with a current practicing certificate.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in handling a diverse caseload of property law matters.
• Comprehensive understanding of conveyancing procedures and property legislation in England and Wales.
• Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
